These Terms govern access to the Milk 'N Honey portal, shared deal rooms, document repositories, and related services. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Authorized use

Access is personal, limited, revocable, and intended only for evaluating or administering the opportunity for which access was granted. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape the service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.

Confidentiality

Nonpublic deal, investor, sponsor, property, financial, and diligence materials are confidential. You may disclose them only to professional advisers or team members who need the information, are authorized to receive it, and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. You are responsible for their use.

No offer, advice, or reliance

Portal content is preliminary and informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, valuation, brokerage, or investment advice. No portal page, email, alert, projection, or shared room by itself constitutes an offer or acceptance. If securities are offered, only final offering and subscription documents approved for that transaction control.

Independent review

Accounts and electronic records

The service, branding, arrangement, and original content are owned by Milk 'N Honey or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited access necessary for authorized use.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties. Milk 'N Honey is not responsible for decisions made solely from preliminary portal content, unauthorized redistribution, third-party acts, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and changes

Access may be suspended or revoked to protect users, confidential information, legal compliance, or the service. We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the effective version here.
